Our clients experience a detailed skin analysis with guidance and advice for professional treatment programs which also include personalized recommendations for homecare maintenance packages. We analyze the skin and body as a whole to treat skin conditions at their source, restoring beauty and wellness.

On your first consultation appointment, our aesthetic expert will take a thorough medical history and examine your skin with a magnifying lamp. Problems or concerns we analyze are skin texture, wrinkling, redness, sun damage, pigmentation, scarring and enlarged pore size. We will determine exactly where your skin’s weaknesses and strengths lie and how to support your skin to keep looking it’s very best whatever your age.

Things to remember:

Consultation – We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Our aesthetic experts require that their clients schedule a consultation prior to any services to better understand each individual’s skincare needs. Based on a private skin analysis and conversation, our aesthetic expert will design a treatment plan that will best meet the expectations of the client. The consultation fee is applicable to future products or services.

Price – All service prices are decided on a consultation basis. Each client has an initial consult with the medical aesthetician who proposes a plan which is specialized for each client. The initial consult is CI$100 and the treatment plans range from CI$150-@1,000 each.

Scheduling – Appointments are preferred to ensure your desired day and time.

Arrival – Check-in with front desk at least 15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are an aesthetic center, we require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms.

Late Arrivals – Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s sessions can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatments it may be necessary to reschedule you. If you are 15+ minutes late for your scheduled treatment, you will be considered a “no show” and charged 100% of your service fee.

Cancellations – Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for 50% of treatments scheduled. Services missed without noticed will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Product Returns – If you wish to return one of our products, please bring in the unused product with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase and we will gladly give you a credit towards another product or towards one of our services.

Standard Policy – A credit card number is required to secure all payments.
